Work-at-eCallogy
Bid Process
Requirements for bid on any project:
- To handle calls for any project, you
will need to be trained on that particular project. Initial training is provided
through a 3rd party (online) at the cost of $20. (payable via PayPal) Future projects may require
additional trainings. Neither eCallogy nor
our 3rd party provides training on telephone skills or customer service skills,
only on the information needed to complete a specific project. We do not schedule for training and it must be done on your own time and can be done at your own pace. You will be required to complete a quiz at the end of training.
- We do not provide any of the hardware required to complete a project. Any fairly
recent PC (not Macintosh) will most likely work. You will also need an available land-line phone line and an
Internet connection - preferably Broadband (Cable or DSL).
- You are your own business bidding on a temporary project for our company so you must establish your
experience in the same type of business i.e. telephone work and customer service
skills.
- A Business License is not required, however, it is strongly
recommended. We also recommend that you provide a copy of your business
card(s) along with your bid.
To bid on any one project, please click on the link below and complete the
bid form and submit. The bid must be submitted before the close of the bid
date. Bids that are submitted outside of the bid date range are automatically deleted.
Once your online bid is submitted, please call 1.800.340.9565 and follow the instructions to complete a voice recording. For the recording, you'll be reading the following paragraph. If a bid is submitted without a voice recording, it will be disregarded.
"Thank you for calling eCallogy Inc. of Utah.
My name is ___________.
Over the next few minutes, I will be asking you a few questions. Please understand this is an information gathering call only. I understand you will have some additional questions so a representative will be contacting you to answer any specific questions you may have. May I ask you a few questions?"
Once eCallogy receives your bid, you will be notified within 14 days whether
your bid was accepted.
***If your bid is accepted, you will be notified, and a contract will be drawn based on the terms set by you
in your bid. If your bid is not accepted, you will not be notified.
Please DO NOT call our offices to inquire about a submitted bid***
The contract and a W9 form will be e-mailed to you and you will have seven business days to
sign and return the contract and the W9 form. One copy must be faxed to 801-715-5532 and
the original copy must be mailed to eCallogy at 90 N Main Street; Bountiful,
Utah 84010.
Once eCallogy receives your signed contract, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to pay for the training. Once the training fee is paid, you will receive the training information.
Once training is completed, you will be sent another e-mail with access to your
login for scheduling. At that point, you may schedule yourself to take
calls at any time 24/7 from an available schedule.
Bid Renewal
Once you have submitted a bid on any project and have taken calls for that
project, you can then renew your bid for any upcoming or future projects.
Simply state whether it is an original bid or a
renewal bid, and once accepted, another contract will be drawn for that project.
You will not need any additional training unless the project description
specifies.
