Fulfillment
Fulfillment orders are received at eCallogy from a variety of sources. Our state-of-the-art call center receives orders from television, radio, print and Internet advertising. eCallogy also provides cutting edge eCommerce shopping cart services for our client’s web pages. Payment processing is handled in real-time whether the order is placed via telephone or the Internet. Regardless of the source, the order is immediately received electronically in eCallogy’s distribution center for processing.
Once eCallogy has received an order, and processed the payment, a packing slip is generated. The packing slip includes all information required to quickly and efficiently fill the order. eCallogy picks, packs and labels your package. Your customers' orders can be packaged in any fashion you choose and shipped by any method. The shipping documents included in the package can be on your company letterhead with custom messaging to your customers. We have the machines, tools and ability to handle any packaging and shipping job to meet your requirements.
Our sophisticated order processing and inventory management systems allow us to provide back-order notifications when necessary. Once sufficient inventory is received, we will process the order in the usual fashion. If there is the possibility of long term delays in receiving your inventory, we send the required FTC notification postcards.
As part of our fulfillment and order processing, we also take care of all returns and re-ships. We offer real-time activity reports so not only can you keep track of what you have in stock, but what activity has taken place with your inventory. (These reports are available via the Internet in real time)
eCallogy will ship your packages by any method you choose. We will be proactive in helping you find the most cost-effective way of packaging and shipping your products. eCallogy leverages its distribution volume to provide quality and cost effective shipping solutions utilizing the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
